We are barcelona88 — a sports betting and online casino platform built specifically for Malaysian players, with trust, transparency and fun at the heart of everything we do.
Barcelona88 was not born out of a large corporate office disconnected from the realities of Malaysian players. We started from a simple premise — Malaysian players deserve an online entertainment platform that truly understands their local needs, not just a foreign platform that has been halfway translated.
Since its founding in 2017, barcelona88 has grown from a sports-betting-focused platform into a complete online entertainment ecosystem. Today we offer Sports Betting across more than 15 sports, a Live Casino with Malay-speaking dealers, slots, and much more — all from one account, one platform, and one consistent experience.
What sets barcelona88 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games or the size of the bonuses on offer. It's the thinking behind every decision — from an interface designed and optimised for Malaysian mobile users, to payment options that include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX, right through to 24-hour customer support in Bahasa Melayu.
Our team is made up of people who genuinely love sports and online entertainment — Malaysia Super League fans who know every player by name, badminton enthusiasts who follow Lee Zii Jia and Aaron Chia, and a younger generation that grew up with e-sports in Malaysia. This authentic passion and knowledge is what keeps barcelona88 connected and relevant to the local player community.
To deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian player — whether they're a fan of football, badminton, cricket, e-sports, or casino games.
To be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players — a platform known for its trustworthiness, best-in-class odds, and the most user-friendly experience available.
Trust, transparency, responsibility and fun — four principles that guide every decision we make at barcelona88, from platform design to bonus policies.
Six key advantages that have made barcelona88 the first choice for Malaysian players since 2017.
From the Malaysian Super League to MPL esports, from Touch 'n Go to DuitNow — every aspect of barcelona88 is built with local players' needs and habits in mind. Not a foreign platform adapted for Malaysia, but a platform that is genuinely rooted in the Malaysian context.
All personal data and financial transactions on barcelona88 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts for an added layer of protection.
Barcelona88 offers a payout rate exceeding 97% for major sports — among the highest in Malaysia. Odds are updated every 5 seconds using a data-driven algorithm, ensuring you always get the best value on every bet.
Your winnings belong to you — and we make sure they reach you fast. Standard withdrawals on barcelona88 are processed in under five minutes via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay or FPX, with no hidden fees.

Barcelona88 believes good entertainment is responsible entertainment. We provide self-configurable deposit limits, betting limits, and temporary exclusion — giving you full control over your gaming experience within your own means.

Four core principles that guide everything we do — from how we build our platform to how we engage with every player.
Player trust is barcelona88's greatest asset. Every commitment we make — from the odds displayed to the withdrawal timelines we promise — is honoured without exception.
Barcelona88 publishes payout rates for every sport openly. Terms and conditions are written in plain, straightforward language — no fine print hiding clauses that work against players.

At the end of the day, barcelona88 exists to deliver enjoyment. Every feature, every bonus, every improvement we make is aimed at ensuring your experience is better than it was yesterday.
One of the things we are most proud of at barcelona88 is our connection to Malaysia's local sports community. We are not just a platform offering odds on European football — we genuinely follow and value the sports that matter to Malaysians.
The Malaysia Super League gets the same level of coverage as the EPL on the barcelona88 platform. Every Super League match — from the opening week through to the final fixture — is fully covered with comprehensive markets, real-time match statistics, and continuously updated odds. We know the players, we know the head-to-head records, and we understand the dynamics of our local league. That knowledge translates into more accurate, more meaningful odds for Malaysian players.
Badminton holds a special place in Malaysian hearts, and barcelona88 gives it the attention it deserves. When Lee Zii Jia, Aaron Chia, Soh Wooi Yik, Pearly Tan or M. Thinaah compete at international tournaments, we ensure their matches are fully covered with dedicated betting markets that are hard to find on other platforms. These include markets such as "Next Set Winner," "Total Sets" and "Set Handicap" — giving local badminton fans far more options to work with.
E-sports is one of the fastest-growing sections at barcelona88, reflecting the rise of the gaming community in Malaysia. MPL Malaysia, the most prestigious Mobile Legends league in the region, receives full coverage from barcelona88 — every regular season match through to grand finals, with markets that have grown richer season by season. Dota 2, CS2 and VALORANT are also well covered, with international tournament listings giving Malaysian e-sports fans the chance to bet on their favourite teams.
Cricket may not be Malaysia's most widely played sport, but it has a deeply loyal following — particularly among communities that closely follow matches involving India, Australia, England and Pakistan. Barcelona88 offers some of the most comprehensive cricket coverage in Malaysia, from T20 matches to five-day Test series, all available with deep markets including top run scorer, most wickets, and match winner.
Consistency is something barcelona88 has always been committed to. Players who have been with us since 2017 know that their experience today is better than it was yesterday — and we are determined to keep that momentum going. Every piece of player feedback is taken seriously, every improvement suggestion is reviewed, and every new need from Malaysia's sports community is something we work to address as quickly as possible.
